Supervisor / Supervisor Intern

Responsibilities for this position include:
- Managing company and/or contractor harvesting operations
- Administration of Management System, Payroll, EMS, Finals and attributes
- Prepare weekly team and contractor meetings
- Supervision of Quality, Best Management Practices, EMS, Safety and Coordination of harvesting activities (block layout, float moves, block planning)
- Implement and execute best practices associated with productivity improvement
- Complying with environmental regulations
- Dealing with DNR representatives
- Commitment to top performance in a safe work environment is necessary.
Foresters, Forest Engineers, and Forest Technicians are preferred, however, applicants with experience in a manufacturing environment or in the lumber industry will be considered. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership abilities, communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
