As a Process Improvement leader, you are involved in the identification of improvement opportunities, and doing research and feasibility studies for select projects. Other responsibilities include collecting and analyzing process data and developing and implementing improvement strategies. In order to implement your improvements you will be required to work along side the operations on an on-going basis.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team-oriented individual possessing a strong work ethic. A post-secondary education in Forestry or Engineering is considered an asset.
